🍉 Hi, I’m Claudia, a dedicated Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Sports Dietitian.

I've been fortunate to guide clients from busy mums and professionals to elite athletes on their wellness journeys. Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand that true success comes from a balanced, compassionate approach.

My experience includes serving as a clinical dietitian, health coach, lecturer and sports dietitian, and I’ve collaborated with well-known brands like Google, Nike, and Aldi to promote effective, health-first nutrition strategies.

What I Offer

  • Once-off Tailored Nutrition Plans: Whether your goal is weight loss, energy optimisation, sports performance, improved body composition, nutrition for anxiety and depression (and more), I create custom coaching plans that provide both support and expert insights to keep you on track.

  • 1:1 Online Nutrition Coaching: This is for those who want an initial plan, and then someone there to troubleshoot your nutrition challenges in real-time, this will be for you. Weekly check-ins, fortnightly check-in zoom session and unlimited Whats App support for the duration of your coaching. I will oversee your progress and take the guesswork out of what to do.

  • The Everyday Athlete Nutrition Method: My signature 12-week program blends science-backed guidance with practical tools for lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the dieting cycle, identify common nutrition pitfalls, and develop a personalised plan that aligns with your lifestyle and goals. This program includes:

    • Fortnightly lectures

    • Self-reflection prompts

    • Downloadable resources

    • Delicious, balanced recipes

    • 1:1 accountability with weekly check-ins

  • Nutrition Seminars - I have a range of nutrition seminars based off of what your clients/group needs.
