That's why I created the Everyday Athlete Nutrition Method — I'll teach you the same methodology I used with hundreds of clients 1-1 to help them learn how to fuel their body, feel better, lose body fat and break free from the diet cycle.

How Does The Program Work?

Step 1: Sign up using the links on this page (pick from a pay in full or a weekly payment option), and you will be on the list for the next program intake (upcoming in Jan 20th, 2025).

Step 2: Claudia will contact you via email to get you set up with your links for the lectures, some onboarding questionnaires, and you will organise your initial consult to be able to create your plans.

Step 3: You will start on the next program intake date, and prepare to be transformed :P I mean it.

    As a Sports Dietitian, there will be elements of how to fuel before and after an exercise session, however, this doesn't meant that you need to be an 'elite' athlete.

  • You do not have to follow Macros.
    Upon signing up for the program, you will be given a weekly meal plan full of tasty recipes.

    If you prefer macros, we can discuss this on your initial onboarding information, and discuss if this approach will be the best for you to get towards your goals.

  • This is a 12-week program. There will be a new lecture every 2 weeks, and you can watch this live or watch the recording at a time of your choosing.
