1:1 Online Nutrition Coaching

If you’re looking to be told what to do and also have a Dietitian oversee your progress, have regular checks ins for accountability and a more ‘dynamic’ plan that evolves with you, this could be the perfect option.

Includes:

  • Initial onboarding questionnare, to help guide areas of focus for your nutrition strategy.
  • Initial consult (45 mins) which includes an assessment of needs, goal setting, overall nutrition & supplement review.
  • Individualised nutrition guide sent to you, based on your unique nutritional requirements.
  • Fortnightly review sessions (30 minutes) to monitor progress, make updates to the plan and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Weekly written check-ins for progress updates.
  • Ongoing messaging support as needed.
  • Access to resources to assist you with your progress (i.e. emotional eating strategies).

If you prefer a 'just tell me what to do and I'll do it', this option may be for you.

  • Once-off consultation via Zoom (around 45 minutes) will be held where Claudia will ask some questions about your goals, your health history, and your eating habits food preferences will be taken into account in order to create you a personalised eating plan.
  • Your personalised treatment plan (and recipes etc), will be emailed to you within a week of the consultation.

Everyday Athlete, Nutrition Method
